Problem is you get lucky draw or pre-order bonuses before creating character. I've launched the game on PS5 and it just created UID. Of course I wasn't aware of this at first. So I've launched the game on Steam and created character. There are several problems right now. Since PS5 and Steam has own UID's I can't link them. Even If i link them, I won't get rewards because I can only get before character creation. So only solution in the begining was launhing game from launcher, loging to account and bind everything. They didn't say anything about this, every people have same issue if they launched the game Steam, PS or Epic has already account.

Plus they removed lucky draw page. So I can't claim rewards. From what I heard, you couldn't claim rewards even before character creation because it says there is no character.
