My guess would be, if you're not downloading shady stuff that you've probably clicked on some link, for a counter strike or whatnot giveaway, put in your discord credentials and that's how they got a hold of your account.

I would think token theft (Discord) is the most plausible, malware is more unlikely unless you download a lot of shady stuff. Which if you were, you wouldn't be this oblivious in the first place.
