I mean, we base ourselves for current parse records in PvE speedruns/dummy testing, if you're outdamaging Jade with Heng then that Jade is missing damage from either their build, rotation, etc.
Phalanx is simple right now and cheap, but the rotation that does the most damage for Heng is the Advanced One (Phalanx is the one dishing most damage)
The build focused only on the Heng blade is the worst out of the three
