I'm confused about how damage is dealt after shots land on already broken non-critical body parts.

For instance I shot broke someone's abdomen because I knew I couldn't pierce his thorax armor but he ended up killing me despite me putting my two brain cells together

The only actual keybind I changed was I moved the ping button from the middle mouse button (scroll wheel)click to the X key on my keyboard. Makes it easier for me to ping stuff without having to move that finger awkwardly. Merit score is a kind of "reputation" in arena breakout, if your merit score is really low you can't play on a team and use auto matching. If you want to check your merit score u can click on your profile in the lobby and check your merit score there from the "merit score" tab. Also the stealing loot part was probably because you "stole" loot from your teammates kill lmfao, dw its nothing serious unless you always play with auto match/squad fill enabled.
