Can someone tell me why this game has so, so many problems, the people who complain are genuinely suffering. And, I can't stress it enough, the ones who defend and say "skill issue, just rat, take t6" ARE the problem of this game.

A solution to playing a game shouldn't be taking T6 or ratting in a corner for 30 mins(literally got that response from a mod in ABI discord 💀)

The game fundamentals are broken, skill matchmaking isn't a thing, the whole gear value thing needs major rework, guns should be choice based on preferences, and not meta. Like TV and Airport is full of bomb squad gear running everywhere, Armory is naked sniping, Farm is bush camping, Valley is third partying, and Northridge is a mix of all together.

For example, gear matchmaking should be tier limit, bullet type limit, and maybe gun value limit to remove overpriced guns vs balanced or budget (till they balance things out with guns and ammo), maybe normals will be t4 armor and a mix of t3-4 ammo. LD to t4 set and 1 t5 armor piece, and forbidden could be limited to t5 and 1 t6 armor piece.

Another issue is weekend sweats, like Tuesday-Friday morning is totally fine, but the moment you hit that weekend zone everyone seem to run only high gear, camp, or abuse the system in other ways.

I'm not up for games dying, but at this point I'm starting to believe why this game is starting to fall down. It's not the chase of finding the times where all stars align, improving skills, and learning strategy, it seems to be a game of camping, bullying, no lifers, cheats, and mechanic abuse.

well it generally depends on the mode you are playing on top of the level. from what i see you usually start seeing players at around level 15 or so. for the mode, normal has the most player bots, lockdown can have some player bots, and forbidden typically has no player bots

Hello players and the Arena Breakout team! I am writing this because I've faced complete absurdity and misinformation from official support.

My story:
A year ago, I made a huge mistake — I downloaded cheats. Why? I "tilted" after a series of deaths to suspicious players, and in the heat of the moment, I decided to "even the playing field." It was a terrible decision. I became the person I hated, and I fully admit my guilt. My old account ([e-mail]) is deservedly banned for 10 years; I am not asking for it back. Over this year, I’ve realized everything and want to prove I can be a fair player.

The current issue:
I contacted support to see if I could start fresh.

Agent #1 officially replied: "There is NO hardware (HWID) ban on your PC."

Believing them, I created new ID 283675871878830337, but was instantly device-banned until June 13, 2026.

Agent #2 in another ticket then claimed there IS a ban.

This is a technical contradiction! If your agent says the PC is clean, why am I blocked? I'm not trying to bypass rules; I'm simply following the words of your own support team.

Appeal to players and moderators:
Guys, please help me boost this thread! Moderators, I ask you to re-verify my HWID and find out why support is giving false information. I am ready for any checks and want to play fairly. Please give me a chance to return to Kamona now, rather than in two months, especially since your support confirmed there are no restrictions on my hardware.

I am not asking to unban my old account, I am asking to unban my hardware (HWID). Also, Agent 2 didn't "correct the mistake". Agent 2 only replied about the NEW account that I created after Agent 1 told me my PC was clean. Agent 2 didn't check my old account or the actual HWID status at all, they just gave a generic reply that the new account was banned. They completely ignored Agent 1's official confirmation. ​It seems to be a Trial Pass for those maps. It allows you to enter them for free instead of paying the usual entry fee. The 7-day timer means the card will expire and disappear from your inventory after a week, so you should use it while you can. (I might be wrong though).

Excluding damage spread from abdomen and limbs, the only way to kill a player with higher tier armor than your ammo you have to break their armor right? For ex. If i kill a T6 guy using 995's only hitting thorax shots that means his armor is broken?

As for losing good weapons on main... At least on normals you can run 250k guns + ammo and nothing else just to farm anything.
Even the deagle at roughly 40k is a beast against bots and the unaware player when in range.

So if you are afraid of losing stuff run normals with a deagle, loot from npcs and extract as soon as you can, since anything will be a profit
