Solocrtl and Marshyy both have good beginner/budget guides. Always budget around the mode your playing. A 250k gun for normals is a lot, but for lockdown its more resonable.

900k is way too much especially if you have less than 70% extraction rate. For lockdown, I would recommend anywhere between 400k to 800k depending on playstyle. There is an online calculator that you can use to find your break even loadout value. Just google search "break even calculator arena breakout infinite"

if you have no mans land, keep it. If you don't but play valley often then also keep it.

here are my conditions for when I sell keys:
When i cant fit in keychain
when its on a map that I don't play a lot (eg Airport)

2+1 mags (+1 is the 1 mag in your gun, assuming standard 30rd mag). 90 bullets (1 stack+30) is enough, you could get away with only 1 stack of spare ammo (goes in case)
3 mil kits + 1 standard surgical or 4 simple surgical
4 liquid painkillers, 3 molotovs (fine from before. You might find more nades in raid)
2 orange juices or 1 water+canned carp

I dont find myself using many grenades or pain killers in normal mode. Plus you might also kill someone that will have ammo for your gun

Only stick to POI's in No Mans Land. You will waste more time trying to loot all the little containers and houses around the map. If its not on your route then skip it. If you bring an endurance stim, you should have enough time to loot every box in the POIs

If your audio is fine in arc raiders, try turning off spacial audio in the "audio" settings tab (in game). Its likely because your sound is getting filtered 2 times and coming out strange

Idk what the other dude was trying to say but no mans land just take in maybe 1 or 2 cheap endurance stims in your case then try and find one of the med stations around the map that sells the stims, that one lasts the entire raid
