I'm experiencing an issue where eligible women for an advisor position in my realm are often duchesses and queens. When one of them is selected to be my Aeluran advisor, they are not being assigned properly. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that sisters are now physically traveling to my realm. I don't have any other mods that affect this, and the travel works fine when the sister is unlanded, but it messes up when a woman of rank is assigned to the role. Additionally, the game keeps nominating the same character, who is a queen, and she barely stays as an advisor for 1 day.

Actually I take that back. Because your vassals can be your councilors, I don’t think it’s too out of place if they were your Aeluran Advisor

Are you using only elf destiny?

Just to make sure this isn't a conflict, as I had similar stuff with unrelated mods I discovered messed with stuff they shouldn't under the hood.

not a conflict, the advisor works fine when a landless character/temple holder is set as an advisor
