I need help figuring out how to compatch this compatch. Another server member already highlighted that the compatch paired with Elf Destiny causes crashes at the end of the first expedition, but I want to see whether we can locate what exactly it is that is causing the crash.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

It is likely that Ibn Battuta's Legacy is causing the crash
As it adds more provinces

So if its crashing on expedition its probably looking for a county that is potentially altered or not there
Now I'm only guessing, though
If possible, use elf destiny with all the mods this includes minus Ibn Battuta's Legacy
See what happens

Okay I tried playing it with only Ibn and Destiny, and it appears that the two do work alongside each other and the crash doesn't occur. So its definitely something else in the compatch that is impacting it.

I don't have the experience to find out what it is though. SO I'm just trying to isolate it by pairing the mods one by one.

Problem with that, though, is that just because destiny and another mod don't crash together, it doesn't mean those two mods plus another won't crash

Might be quicker to do the old enable half of the mods
And then test
If it fails cut it in half again

okay removing CCCMH does allow the expedition to be completed. I'm going to see what happens when I reactivate it on a completed expedition.
deactivating and reactivating works. will have to see what happens when I try to go on another expedition.

Personally, I don't like doing workarounds like that, especially since that requires quitting the game, deactivating the mod, loading up the game again, sitting for 10 or so minutes to start, finishing the expedition, quitting, reactivating, and so on

And it crashed on the expedition conclusion again. I wonder what it is exactly that is causing a crash at that moment...

I would wager Holy Roman Triumph being ths culprit
All of the rest of the mods I use in my games without issues

only a small amount. if you check the steam page it shows what mods the compatch affects.

I tought you were using all the mods there, if you are using only the mods in this compatch, I know Catholic Trinity is now compatible with elf destiny due to both changing window_faith. So the cardinal window doesn't work.

I mean I'm using other mods but like I said, the game only does the special crash at expedition conclusion with this mod enabled.
