so in order it was: VIET, RICE,CFP,MHG,holding Sprawl, EPE, all theirComp patch together, Culture expanded, and it Comp patch,(KET) population variation and advance court, and then elf destiny, is there a problem with my mods?

Viet and Rice are known tobhave issues, I would start from there.
MHG I doubt it, but it does have a lot of compatches for a reason
Best bet is removing two or tree at a time and if it stops ctashing you know of of the two is the culprit
