Ruler should be able to request matchmaking services more than once by spending piety or prestige, the cost of which increases based on the number of times you have requested it.

well thats a really far out case, since most will have more than one wife, so they wouldn't come asking for you to remarry, HOWEVER I think there is something in vanilla about grieving when its your soulmate or something iirc
