I noticed that the job listing mentions a DeepSeek v3 7B Q4 model. In reality, there is no such v3 7B model from DeepSeek. It might refer to the previously available deepseek-ai/deepseek-llm-7b-chat or deepseek-ai/deepseek-coder-6.7b-instruct models, which were around a year ago.
