speed of cars decreased by areound 0.025- 0.03 (2.5%) only in lobbies with more than 1 player

i sued to get 3.8-3.9 on conduit on 1st checkpoint now im getting 4.04 and rarely 3.99

This seriously needs to be looked into, the game randomly got slower one update and never changed back
