For me, Abyss should be the game's main mode, open 24/7. What scares new players the most is losing gear, but in Abyss, you don't lose gear.
Despite the game's beginnings as an extraction game where you lost gear if you died, later there were safer modes that even older players liked.
So, personally, I'd like to see Abyss and Shadow Realm always active, with varying difficulty levels and rewards. I'd eliminate the altar because you'd no longer lose gear, and that would also eliminate duping.
This way, players would always be active from the first to the last day of the season, there would be no duping, and with fewer modes, there would be no more bots.
This way, this game would truly be Abyss of Dungeons.
Oh yes, obviously I would also leave the two Arenas, but with better rewards and real money rewards for the top three in the rankings.

This would further distance Abyss of Dungeons from Dark and Darker Mobile, with different mobs than this one, more original and there would be a greater chance of seeing the Global Launch with the increase in player numbers.
The removal of loss of gear would kill the game imo. I’d certainly quit.
So you can quit right now because the game has been killed by duping.😔
If you die, you can get back the same unique rings, the same unique necklace, the same weapon, the same boots, the same chest that you used and that everyone else uses for your class, all duped and multiplied infinitely.🙄
Losing gear already makes no sense; just write a few messages in the guild and they'll give you back the same duped gear.
At least if the altar is gone, we'll all have different gear, built or bought during the season, and truly unique.✨
And with the reset, we start from scratch.
The focus of this game shouldn't be dying to dupe or trying not to die to play again; it's about the fun of different skills, different gear, players with all this different, original, to then test it in the Abyss (PvEvP), in the Arena(PvP), in the Shadow Realm(PvE).⚔️
The dungeons are simply a poor copy of Dark and Darker for PC, repetitive and boring, so if you want to play a better game of this type, there already is one, it's old but it's not for smartphones.
I like this idea (especially dropping the time gate) but I don't want normal dungeons deleted. I hate the team modes so I never touch castle but Goblin Caves is my home. Plus without gear+rank based matchmaking casuals are just getting run down by the all gold and unique chads. There's no reason those people should be fighting each other and that's my fear on such a funnel of limited play options
Shadow realm needs a point now. It was the gate for soul stones. That's why it was played.
They need to have 1 of the high end engagements going at all time. It great putting my kids to bed and sitting down to 18 and 20 hr timers cus they only run pvp and abyse while I'm eating dinner.
Also with no soul stones there was no mid and late season grind. I got my collection and gear stock pile done in 3 weeks and no other way to improve.
Bring back Soul Stones and make them trade able. And have better drop rates in shadow realm and abysee then in normal dungeons to direct play accordingly.
