Not a lot to say, fairly self explanatory. Heavily overpriced for their stats 90% of the time due to scarcity. Feels bad to use support cloaks. Blues are too rare. Cool to get but too rare.
Side note, monster stats on gear are disappointing to everyone.

They should put cloaks in drop when kill monster or mini boss they could have lower the stat or make is drop like belt sometime blue or green and legendary is when you are super lucky

Even in battlepass cloak is need greending to purchase. Cloaks are also awards in the end of season for taking ranked rating. So, i think cloaks have special place, it's unlikely they'll change anything.
