Wht did you think? That you were ginna be in the same level as players who have been kkaying since Preseason 1? I maxed out my common collection. I have 70% completed on my seasonal collection, i have a okay collection if Soul Stones. You need to realize that there is a hierarchy of players. Some players are stacking shields because its effective defense. Running away is always a possibility, your gojna need to stick to playing in hard and maybe some nightmare mode untill you build up your collection. , just because it frels annoying ir unfair dosent mean it is. Just keans that there are bigger fish in the pond. Its a rough game for new players , especially when a guy like me gets bored and decids to come stomp on noobs in hard.

This game has a harsh learning curve, and picking your battles is an important part of it. Don't be afraid to run from a losing fight, slam doors in their face to make time, then heal up. A lot of people will be too focused on chasing you to heal up themselves, giving you an advantage in the next bout

Fight dirty: use mobs, use items, use surpise attacks.

This game is about surviving the dungeon, not fair one on one duels.

Some classes are better at certain things than others, wizards excel at huge damage from a distance, meaning if you're a melee class, they're gonna have an advantage unless you can close the gap, keep a ranged weapon in your inventory, even if its just a support weapon, swap to it if you see a wizard, fire potshots while you run to a more advantageous area(somewhere open with room to dodge spells) , or before you engage(if youre already in one), soften them up, then go for the kill/use the time they're healing back up to make a break for it.

They only have so many charges on their spells/willpower to cast them, use that knowledge to your advantage. If the spamming stops, go in, theyre trying to regain willpower/waiting on spell cooldowns.

Main takeaway is: you can always win a fight, it won't be easy to beat someone who outgears you/has class advantage/outskills you but you CAN win.

And if you feel like you can't, break away and run, there is no shame in escaping, surviving the dungeon with some loot is the most important part, everything else is just a bonus.

I don't see a problem with the word "noob" it means they are new to the game, so stop trying to police language. In the country i live in i have freedom of speech, only one complaing about my posts are you, when i said you were being manipulative this is what i ment, you're trying to make it out like i used a racial slur, stop it or I'll report you for harrassment.
