Honestly as KOT I would focus agility and charm on armor

And put stat points into the things I can’t get on my armor

Wrong, you don't know all of the game, everybody is trying to discover the best way to do this, and i can say that charm is so good and then focusing in agility. I have like 60 charm and i can get from the golden door at least two legendary items when i'm with bad luck, but normally is three, my record was six. So i think it worth.

I prefer putting in agility instead of health (i play in portuguese maybe "health" is the wrong traduction) because even with more life the way you'll play wouldn't change and the extra life would become a passive vantage, however, agility is usefull in many different situations, you know.

Yeah I use agi and a lil vigor from that tree the rest str I can get a lil charm from my armor for buff duration and such

At that point you are better off naked for move speed because the minimal stats you gain versus speed isn’t worth the trade off

KoT literally gives you max action if you're not building ms and charm on your KoT and ignoring agil altogether as the only contribute it would have is action speed which is capped at 70% you want charm, and ms. If you have kot perk on and you build more action you are indeed a noob
