Skill based matchmaking might make this not as relevant but that's just a theory.

The changes were too light handed in terms of GS balance, obviously gold weapons in hard is ridiculous, imo even in nightmare but that's debatable.

Upgrading a rarity tier is so few points that these high caps in the hundreds are overkill, you can run almost a full purple set in every mode but normal(which is all bots who cares what you run). In the same vein enhancement isn't a big jump either, entire extra sub stats and buffed stats for a mere handful of points out of your almost 600-700

The vast difference in raw defense/offense values and bonus stats on purples vs support is brutal. It's to the point you need God tier full upgrade blues or full purple even in hard to always have the stats to compete. I get they should be stronger. But I should actually feel like I have a use for my support gear(or suboptimal blue gear in general) besides farming bots.

Once you get drained of your gear by these overgeared top players infesting every mode you then have to run support to face them. If I couldn't beat the crown in BiS while I was I'm a mediocre kit, how the heck do I magically get so much better that now I can kill them with support gear on.

If everyone had the money to gear up like they do it wouldn't be as bad, but the winners snowball insane sets quickly and the losers fall so far behind they are stuck running support before they get spawn rushed yet again by these same high gear players not allowing meaningful progress anywhere.

PvE is my only hope for those like me and I don't even want to play team based modes. Plus it isn't open for a week while these guys farm all day every day getting insane kits and Soulstones and uniques while I'm saving up a single good purple kit for arena over what feels like a lifetime

Both arena and hell and 80% of nightmare are essentially owned by a small minority of players

I think they included the drop rate too much because with in the first few days people already got God kits

I remember season one where till around 1 week after then people had great kits

All the classes need looked at across the board, including the gear, and how the new stat tree, collections, soulstone and gear attributes will scale high end with the gear exponential, each upgrade or improvement in gear gives disproportionately more power.

Some buffs toward Rogue. A Barb nerf, nerfing the health attributes that give squishy classes the health of a Barb, these classes were designed in nature to be squishy and compensate in other areas to make up for it
