How many times are they gonna nerf it, it was only complained about early S1. Maybe I'd use the other shield if I could only raise them for a second and not 3-5 business days waiting to toggle it on then off again while I'm trying to fight

I'm glad this is getting nerfed, 8 second cooldown for a stun that also blocks attacks and does decent dmg on such a low cooldown was insane. I've been destroyed by fighters constantly blocking my dagger throws with there buckler, or getting 1 shot combo'd by a shield rush stun into a buckler stun into a single auto attacks and I'm dead before I could react.
It should've been longer at least 15 seconds.

Just bait the slap out, that's how I counter them. And it doesn't do much damage anymore I thought
