The game is f2p:
a p2w system would allow some benefit that is not achievable, and out classes the mechanics allowed f2p.

Pay for convenience vs p2w. Definitely easier to spend money, but even play. I have had a decent chunk of the change just from leveling.

Now the stash… that is some greedy tactics. Just meds and crafting items take up the whole first one- and to make it a Reoccurring Fee! Madness. Still not P2W though. If the cosmetics game stat^ even just a +1 hp- and could only be obtained through paid currency. Very different than p2 speed your game up. Your lege you want to GetBack, can be farmed.
