i noticed the same thing in the lead ranking, im #5 worldwide with 168k points and the 1st place has 220k, which makes no sense
i got 691/824 perfect notes in this run, each perfect note gives +6 score bonus, +48 with 8x multiplier (during overdrive). Considering that the 133 notes i missed (824 - 691) was during a overdrive, the potential bonus score i could have got would be +6384 (133 * 48). Even if he/she did a optimal overdrive activation, i dont think the difference would be that high (about 40k)
Also, i tried to do good overdrive activations, i have this run recorded on yt but idk if i can link it here
and he/she didn't even get flawless 🤡
