Bug – “Travel to the Lightning Sanctum” Quest

I’m stuck on Jay’s quest. After killing all enemies in the Lightning Sanctum, I can press Square to interact with Jay but it immediately cancels and the quest doesn’t progress. Tried restarting, leaving and re-entering the area, and retaking the quest, but nothing works. The quest is completely blocked.
