Can Not Load Survival World

Im having an issue i legit can't load in and im on an Xbox series x my friends can load in but if im on they can't I really need help me and my friends have been grinding this world
Last this i did was go into a cave in the klombo area and it froze and kicked me out

When you’re below the map the game doesn’t know where to put you back upon rejoining

I think the only way for you to rejoin would be for someone to revoke your key
