I am talking to him and spires still won’t spawn I have tried Al least 7 times but it still won’t work

travel around to all your non isle and starwars homes, I did that after speaking with him and then exiting and returning to the game. They finally showed up on my map.

no I talked to him in the Lost isles, I had to travel around a lot for the spires to show up but they did near the region of the lost isle.
