Dual Daggers not showing on crafting bench

i was playing with friends and one of them unlocked a quest from jones to make dual daggers but when we checked the crafting table its recipe wasnt there when we try to talk to him he just says npc lines

Talk to Jones, ones again, sometime it's not triggering weapon unlock or try exit the world and try again

I've exited the world and entered back many times he's still doing the npc lines

Would really appreciate a fix to this I saw what the weapons could do and it's unfortunate we're missing out

have to try using another crafting bench, as i personally didn't found such issue

Probably they should fix by next update, I.e July, it's upto epic
