Storm King bug

I’ve killed the storm king 7 times and I’ve always got the thunderclap blade. Is this a luck issue or is my game bugged? I’m asking this because I never get the cyclone pickaxe.

No. Its totally random.

I have always get simultaneously pic axe and sword. I got 7 to 8 sword and 7 to 8 picaxe..
