As far as know the "Skibidi" is not a Trademark and Skibidi animation can be made by anyone who know how to use Garry's Mod. I leave it your understanding which type people created the animation one you didnt liked.

He created a Gmod video in 2022 (around April/May) that was removed by either him or YouTube a month after posting it to the channel.
