I don't know if it is all villagers in Lost Isles (just assigned it to Haven) but it seems that they cannot finish or perform the "Collect Nearby Resources" job. I assigned this job to Haven last night and checked today and she gave me this message without any % of completion. I reassigned her the job, waited a few hours and still got the same message.

I reassigned her to "Grow Food" and received the same message after waiting for 2 hours. Her jobs may be bugged. I placed her on "Refine Wood" to see if she completes it or not.

Hey @fallow patrol! After you placed Haven for the task "Refine Wood", did you experience the same issue, or was she able to complete the task?

Thanks for posting. I'm having the same issue on the main island. "Grow Food" job does not work for the newly added foods from Isles (pineapples, bananas, etc) this also includes wheat. I've tested this with multiple villagers in Grassland, Dry Valley, and Frostland with each food item one at a time. No villager is able to grow and produce results after multiple in-game days or after a whole day in real time.
