Unfortunately, I can no longer start the game. Steam is still syncing my save file. After that, the application stops immediately. No crash report is generated. The folder is empty. A file check for corrupted files was unsuccessful. I have no mods installed. It's the original game. My system is

Starting with DirectX 11 (compatibility mode) doesn't work either. I tried to disable steam cloud synchronisation. It doesn't work.

Thankfully your save file doesn't appear to be corrupt, so something else is going on. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the game in Steam?

Have you ever installed mods? dwmapi.dll comes with UE4SS.
If you have a UE4SS folder under CashCleanerSimulator\Binaries\Win64, delete it.
