I've had these fairly often, sometimes a marked just slips by, or its part of a bug?but no confimation on that, toss those through a marked sorter and bet you therell be one or two

Can you split the content to figure out which bills are the culprit? Maybe it’s invisible marks or counterfeits looking real undetected by the machine. Maybe the machine is broken. Would be good to know more.

I tried. All bills were fine. I’m not too sure what else I could do if they were invisible marks. Even then it’s says no marked, and all bills (¥6,500,000) are counted.

Do you still have the save? If all bills were fine you'd get 100%. Or can you take a different 6.5m YEN and still get 99.877%?

The "no marked money" gets checked if any bill is not marked

Even if there were 1 marked bill, it'd uncheck. Also i didnt think to try a different lot of money but i deleted the save. thanks anyway everyone!

Chances are you'll encounter this again because there are bugged bills in your save.

if you run into this bug again and dont have the currency spare to take out "bugged bills" you might just need to sit whatever mission on the backline untill you get another mission with the same currency since they normally give alittle extra

scan each pack and you'll find one or more that scans as 98/99 bills. Pack will say 100 in your hand or if you cut it. Drop the loose bills and pickup again and it will then be what was scanned.

the actual reason was some random bills being marked, not missing, otherwise it wouldn't be a number of bills dividible by 100

This hasn't been the case in my experience, it will be checked as long as at least one bill is unmarked (so it will be checked even with marked bills in the scan)
Have you tried putting the entire batch in the industrial washer on the mark removal cycle?
