Industrial washer not accepting specified detergent

Which detergent? You have to hold down the left mouse button for a moment before the detergent will start pouring.

The ink remover detergent. I did hold it down and still nothing, only works if I fully close game and reopen.

It is happing with me as well. I have fully closed the game and reopened it and none of the detergents will go into it.

Ok, you can try to find save files by same way, but change C to D. Anyway you need appdata folder

Try to remove all mods, including from the game files manually and see if the bug is repeated. In my version from your save file everything works correctly
