Even when playing with players from the same region, the lag is so high that it's unacceptably bad, let alone when playing with people from other regions.
The network optimization of the game code is quite good, but I think it still can be improved.

Our ping is about 100, but game lagging that looks like it's only 10 fps
mabye is the packet loss rate

personally i don't get any lag issues, i don't know if it's just you guys but it doesn't really lag out all that much for me, it could use some optimization though
