I hit the bot at a really odd angle and couldn't pull back my weapon, I also couldn't move my weapon further. The bardiche was completely stuck. The angle of the screenshot doesn't show it very well, but the bardiche was also floating right above the head.
Not sure how to reproduce this problem.
