Season 3 merge server that start 25/12/2025 none of us received ranking rewards for previous season

I am on the same server. it's been more than two days since the new season started, but I haven't received any rewards for my ranking positions from last season. I've placed 3rd in the growth ranking, 5th in valor, and 2nd in technology
