I've been waiting 3 weeks now for a response from support via email. I sent 2 different emails like 3 weeks ago.

I paid $10 for a refinement, and have not received the refinement OR so much as a courteous response.

Thanks. Y'all did a decent job, but y'all didn't smooth out his head. It's still lumpy.

And I have a suggestion. Can y'all please A) give some kind of "Thank You Page" or something after you purchase the refinement, like just confirming that the instructions were received. Like maybe even show the instructions we provided in the invoice so that we know what we paid for? I'm kind of confused why after we pay, it says nothing, and does nothing, so we don't know if the instructions went through or not. Confusing for the customer.

And B)... how would I ever know that the model was completed? Y'all didn't send me a notification or email or anything saying you finished it. One would think that at least I would be able to go to the bell icon and see a notification for the refinement being completed, but there's nothing.

Thank you. What do you mean when you say 10 permanent storage will be added? Not sure what that means exactly.
