First open aimmy choose a model, click enable aim aligner, blue is active,
Go to the game, decrease confidence to 40 maybe first try it, if it flickers then it works then you have to do the settings try increasing sensitivity to 0.95 if it still flickers increase it 1 py 1 tiil you find the sweet spot

And after that you can play with the offsets if it's not on the body or the head exactly
