I don't think you've run into user error, there are simply a few bugs they need to iron out. Did you get an error message? Sometimes they come in a few notifications that pop up and fade away, you have to watch so you don't miss them. They may contain more info.

Yes I believe so. I don't think they have that feature working yet. Upscaling loses audio. The "extend" feature loses audio (dialogue). You can download each clip and then put them into video editing software locally. I use Kdenlive, it's free.

There's some other video generation tools, but even Veo 2 is cheaper than Veo 3. You could generate the clips with Veo 3 where you need dialogue and then the other clips with Veo 2. Then add background music, etc. combining them all in an open-source video editor like Kdenlive. It won't be cost efficient to do it all with Veo 3.

Veo 2 - 6-8 sentences work for me. Establish camera first and important bits early

Veo 3 - i personally like super short like 1 sentence “a man raps about bacon” but it can take a lot. I do 8-12 sentences. Same thing establish camera early

@fierce nimbus Hi Nick do you think having us feed flow with the audio and let Veo 3 come up with the clips something that could be done? It could work for music videos and other stuff. Combined with a prompt or even image to video, the back end would have to combine all these elements we feed it with to produce the appropriate clips.
So for example if I have the audio and an image of a man shouting in the car while driving, I would feed that to flow and it would generate the performance needed base on those 2. Sometimes the automated sound is great but this method could be for more precise work.

When I get a video with no sound, I click fullscreen first, and then I’m able to download a version that has audio. You could also try upgrading the video quality during download, then hit fullscreen and download again. I’m sure the official team will fix it soon.

On the Flow platform, the Veo 2 model lets you extend the clip. Alternatively, you can export the last frame into an editing program and generate a new segment from there.🤣

Submit again to confirm (or check settings for details)" Then it turns it back to the 2nd highest quality model without audio.
