That is a sign you're a more advanced user of the tools and you know the skills you need. The solution isn't to strip accessibility, it's to provide education.

I would agree with you for the most part. Forced is perhaps too strong a word, but I agree that a lot of features should be opted into when the user decided they're ready to use it

Well, what we're starting to see is the failure of mass adoption model created by OpenAI. Google is moving more towards specialized tools and identifying usecases. Development is heading in that direction, certainly.

I think in the next few years we'll see less of this slop as a problem. The users dedicated to the tech will be more skilled, and the development trajectory will be that mass adoption will be unnecessary

I'm optimistic about the technology, because unlike many tech trends we've seen in the last decade, the problem with AI seems to be that it's too useful and too accessible. This is a case of "my fields are far too fertile", and I think a lot of older users are seeing an Eternal September style problem and are having flashbacks

I think that it's going to mean future models are going to be about pruning data rather than adding to it, and that's a lot of unnecessary work. I agree it would have been better to be more picky in the development phase, but the problems are not unsolvable
