But they do not care that I do not know. They care about what i can deliver. Or that it actually works for them.

My current workflow includes:
• Gemini for browser sidekick
• NotebookLM for learning and extremely targeted workflows
• ChatGPT Plus for my LLM research, basically. I make custom GPTs here and just use them to "technically write" while I serve as the "technical director" I guess.
• Junie by Jetbrains for my local project indexing. It's really good and cheap for system architecture planning, because the context window is much more precise.
• Figma AI for technical design visualization.
• Google Labs for anything media-related.

I'm a software engineer. I do all my technical writing, planning, and prototyping by day, and then I make an AI code for me at night based on all that knowledge.
That's why I don't pay for "coding" AI agents really.

I feel if you leave it to ai it will take liberty to change certain things the way you dont want. One issue i see here is the 2 expressions do not match. it depends on what you are trying to convey in this video. I get a mixed feeling when i see both expressions. Atleast if you had the first expression for the entire duration it conveys some meaning or may be you can have one expression and maintaining the expression zoom in the camera to the eyes instead of having 2 expressions in one clip or another option is you split this video into 2 small videos and handle them independently

Hey, I’m working on a text-to-image model for Minecraft-style 16x16 textures/items, and I’d like some advice on what architecture makes the most sense.

Right now my setup is a text-conditioned CVAE: CLIP text embeddings + category conditioning, generating small RGBA 16x16 textures. It trains and the loss goes down, but I’m not sure if this is the best architecture for this kind of tiny pixel-art generation.

I found this repo that already seems to work for similar 16x16 asset generation:

Would you recommend sticking with a CVAE-style model, adapting something like BitRoss, or moving toward another architecture like VQ-VAE, diffusion, transformer/autoregressive tokens, etc.?
