**## Community Guidelines 📑 **These guidelines apply to all members of our Discord community, including our collaborators and staff. Please note that conversation here may be shared with our team for product feedback. By joining this server you agree to abide by these server rules and community guidelines.

- Discuss topics in good faith and be empathetic. The tech we discuss and play with is in rapid development and has wide-ranging impacts, which means that conversation is easily emotionally charged. We acknowledge and honor the lived experiences of our fellow members, welcome debate and disagreement, and appreciate the passion that everyone brings to the table. We do not tolerate personal attacks and shaming.

**- Share resources and learn through making. **We define making as anything that engages with AI in a constructive, personal, or critical way. We understand that folks have varying degrees of experience and familiarity with this tech, and aim to cultivate a supportive learning environment by sharing our processes, notes, and stray thoughts. This is an attribution-heavy server; while we are the products of a remix culture, we credit our influences and inspirations whenever possible.

**- Respect each other's privacy. **Do not share content without express consent and permission of people involved.

**- Engage at your own level of comfort. **There's no expectation for how involved you should be; take it at your own pace! We realize that learning/working styles differ and communication preference vary.

- Maintenance of shared spaces. We want to make sure that this server is a comfortable environment for exchange; as such please avoid spamming channels and aim to consolidate paragraphs into larger chunks. Refrain from self-promotion, please (this also applies to us, the Google staff!). Please use your best judgement and provide content/trigger warnings for sensitive topics.

- Server etiquette. If you have any concerns, please let us know or ping <@&1366831844502274180>.
