What a wild ride we're on as a species. Thanks for sharing! I was born in 1984, I grew up with a 386, the amazing advances in computation during my lifetime are truly a wonder to behold.

Just like the first steam and gas engines were woefully inefficient, I suspect humans will keep optimizing this AI technology until it approaches the "runs off the calories in a sandwich for ~6 hours" energy consumption of our own brains.
