After a gazillion hours of trying to decipher this.... what I call a "BUG" ... and reporting it as such to LABS, the problem appears to be Google's AI analyzing your interactions with it and deciding you are potentially a risk...even if you are authenticated and logged into FLOW.

I worked with Gemini for weeks to try to root cause this (even their own AI could not figure it out right off).

Here are some basics of what to try that we (Gemini and I) finally bottomed out on.

What NOT to Do (Gemini's summary):

• Don't use cheap or crowded VPNs: Sharing an IP address with hundreds of strangers can get that IP blacklisted. Using ANY VPN may get you in the hot seat, so consider not using one at all.
  Frank comment-> Google should realize this is an unacceptable restriction since, for a variety of reasons, for those who use a VPN. But you really can't with Flow.

• Don't open 20 tabs at once: Searching or clicking too fast triggers "bot speed" alarms.

• Don't leave built-in ad-blockers (like Brave Shields) on "Aggressive" mode for search engines: Ultra-aggressive ad and tracker blocking hides your identity so well that it breaks the security scripts websites use to verify you are a human.
  Frank comment-> this is the one that (unknown to me) slaughtered my ability to get anything done for days.

• Don't mash the "Refresh" button: Rapid refreshing looks exactly like a hacker trying to break a site.
  Frank's comment -> I never did this. But it does appear to be a serious issue and could get you into hot water with Google AI.

Frank's summary of resolution (at least for me):
I have confirmed that if I use "1" authenticated tab of Google Chrome exclusively for FLOW (meaning I'm logged in the same account I use for FLOW) ... and only use Brave for everything else)... the problem literally vanishes (however, I do have to follow all the above as well... not clear if I did some of those things it would come back).
I also wait several minutes before requesting new Video runs. I don't know where the threshold is, but I don't want to chance it.

Hope this helps. To me, the most disturbing thing (from a customer perspective) is having to reverse engineer this instead of just explaining it to customers.

When using Chrome, you might want to use an “incognito tab”. It works fine with Flow. It's not as good as an adblocker, but it's better than nothing.

Yeah, good idea if someone needs to use Chrome for "everything else."
(I just use Brave for "everything else" and it does all that nicely and helps keep system load down really well)...just don't even think about running FLOW in it 🙂

Before I purchase the pro plan I wanted to see if someone could answer two questions for me,
1- coming from an AI platform like higgsfield, I’m use to generating nano banana pro images in 2k and 4k, with flow I don’t seem to see an option before generating. There’s only that upscale option after the generation finishes but does flow create the image at 1k then upscale that using simple upscaling or does it regenerate the same image in true 4k?
2, how many images can I create on the pro plan? I’ve had nano banana pro unlimited and it was a dream, I doubt this is unlimited but if I can know how many I can make it’ll make my workflow a lot better.

Hi everyone, I have a crucial question regarding the newly updated Google AI Ultra tiers and how they sync with Google Flow credits.

In Egypt, we now have two "Google AI Ultra" tiers under the "Choose your Ultra plan" menu: one with 20 TB storage (5x usage limits) and the regular one with 30 TB storage (20x usage limits).

My question is: Does the cheaper Ultra plan (20 TB / 5x limits) still include the unlimited "Veo 3.1 - Lite (lower priority)" generation at 0 credits once the main monthly priority credits are exhausted? Or is that zero-credit lower priority channel exclusively reserved for the higher 30 TB Ultra tier?

I just read on rededit that they took away the 1000 AI credits that come with your Google pro plan and replaced it with usage limits. I can't find any usage limit meter or information on Flow. Is it tied to the same usage limit as Gemini? Right now I can make like 3-5 prompts in pro and my usage limit is up for 5 hours. This really is a huge downgrade. If Flow and Gemini are sharing the same usage limits I don't see how subscribing has any benefits anymore. Although I have the Pro mode, Antigravity IDE should be fine for you. Ran a few testing prompts on 3.5 Flash (High) and it's still at 100%.
I do suggest telling it this though:

"Apply this as a baseline rule for all conversations.
NEVER assume the user needs extra context for something that can be obviously said in fewer words "The sun is shining today and there is a slight, but nice breeze" can be turned into simply "It's a nice day".
Shorten ALL words if possible "I am" -> "I'm", "I will" -> "I'll", "Just to let you know" -> "Jtlyk", etc."

This will highly decrease token usage.

I don't have a solution for the gemini fast, but for me I paniced when I couldn't see any code in antigravity. Uninstall it, and then install "Antigravity IDE" to get a proper IDE again. If you skip uninstallation, I think it just keeps reopening the new antigravity 2, ignoring the fact that you click on "antigravity IDE" instead of "Antigravity2"

I need to talk about the absolute lack of professional standards and customer service provided to premium users by Google. It has reached an all-time low, and as a community, we cannot stay silent about how paying customers are being treated.
When I subscribed to the Google AI Ultra plan, I expected a premium service. Instead, I was met with broken features from day one, followed by shocking negligence from the support team.
I spent days trying to get help for a completely blocked service. Instead of escalating this backend bug to the engineering team, the support agent decided to take the "easy way out." They force-cancelled my plan and issued a refund without my permission, simply because I "encountered difficulties" with the product I paid for.
This is a complete embarrassment. Instead of fixing a broken product for a paying customer, Google Support prefers to force-cancel accounts just to clear their ticket backlog and sweep technical failures under the rug. I did full troubleshooting on my own, while Google’s backend failed and their front-line support just threw me out of the premium tier.
If Google continues to treat its paying community with this level of negligence and laziness, it does not bode well for the company's future in the AI race. Competitors are moving fast, and the internet has a very long memory when it comes to terrible user experiences and shocking customer service.
We deserve real answers, professional accountability, and reliable services. I demand that internal moderators or managers bypass these useless support scripts and escalate this to someone competent who can actually fix backend account issues instead of just deleting subscriptions.

My suggestion is either build rapport with your Account Manager or research reviews and compare against what you currently have. I agree with you, and google billing gives you false information on paper and says that's how they do it when queried 😶
