I did some research, and if I'm not wrong the files that get exported from Veo 2 have Variable Framerate instead of Constant Framerate.

This could cause massive issues with many of your users trying to edit your files in different editing programs. I can send examples of what happens if you want to see.

1. EU AI Act has AI at different risks level. Prohibits harmful/discriminatory things. Vague enough that folks could trick all sorts of output that would violate this.

2. Law for a Digital Republic
   Mandates the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) to study the ethical and societal issues of AI.

3. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . French Intellectual Property Code.

The French have a right to request a check if your data incidentally ended up in the model, the model is huge. The workflow is not set up to accommodate those requests.

4. Probably other governmental laws.

Google .as a company is not a wild and reckless rulebreaker. Government legislation dictates AI development in many ways. These legislative changes are being followed closely by every multinational tied to the field.

See the word dirty is a kinda adult like depending on the context so when you say "dirty clothing" it might not understand the context. So instead of saying dirty you have to describe it like "He wears a long-sleeved, loose-fitting shirt and pants, heavily soiled with light brownish mud, obscuring the original light-colored fabric. About Imagen. Just to confirm, in the experimental Docs it is said Gemini 2.0 Flash can *natively * generate image. Why are paintings of the early 20th century blocked? For some reason, Imagen3 blocks the prompt "Impressionist oil painting of a rainy day in 1920s New York City, oil on canvas", with "1920s" being the trigger word. It sometimes generates images but only one, with the rest three censored. Sometimes it doesn't generate anything. Replacing rainy New York with other stuff(except people/portraits), or impressionist with other styles doesn't help.

That's not how copyright works at all, Copyright applies to the original image as a whole and its individual creative elements. If one whole image has been copyrighted, you can't and there was never no situation in history where you are able to come and cut out some element pieces and use them and claim it's okay

The hard part is getting the copyright, now you can. It's not allowed to come cut out some pieces of a copyrighted work and use it

Fair use laws and remixing culture revolves about this entire concept

You can absolutely cut out anything from a copyrighted image then claim copyright on it if your new work is deemed transformative

Okay but you can do that with not AI works, you still need to make sure the final work is really considered transformative enough

If the image was copyrighted, you can't cut out a piece of it and use it on Its own. You can use it as part of a collage like you can with original photos or artwork too if It's deemed transformative enough.

Copyright applies to the original image as a whole, AND It's individual creative elements. that's just how copyright works, be it AI or not
