I have just created a new account to try out some things in mikoverse, i have received a verification email that said verification was ok. when i try to log in i receive a login error and i am also unable to change my password if that is the issue. I have double checked my credentials and still cant log in, network and firewall and all is allowing the application and whitelisted

Ok, I think I see a request that was blocked before it hit our login server. It may take a while for me to track down the problem though.

just letting you know i tried a new account and reinstalled redid windows firewall settings and antivirus settings, my thought was maybe i made a to complex password but the simple pass also gave the same error also i reset my router and run as admin. I am in no rush i am just keeping you updated on what i have done at my end.

I don't have an resolution yet, but I'm adding a bit more detail to the failed login message in the hopes that can give an idea of why it is failing.

If you can try using 1.1.1.1 as a dns server

You can try setting an environment variable GRPC_DNS_RESOLVER=native

i would like to thank everyone for their help on this issue i know its not as important as all the other things you are working on, most would have just said it my computer/network and moved on but after setting the environment variable GRPC_DNS_RESOLVER=native and retesting connectivity i can log in now
once again i really appreciate the help.

and hopefully this trouble shooting process helps others out if they ever have similar issues

thanks all for the help
