We’ve been closely monitoring your reports since the servers went live, and we truly appreciate everyone who has taken the time to share feedback. Our team is actively investigating the issues that have been brought to our attention. Below is a summary of the most commonly reported problems we’re currently prioritizing:
🔹 Top Issues We’re Working On:
Login & Access Problems – Some players who received an invite code are seeing “account not selected” and cannot log in. (This is our #1 priority.)
Matchmaking Errors – Unable to join the Prologue tutorial, with messages like “upper limit reached” or “under maintenance.”If players encounter any issues, they can contact @spare karma provide the LOG.
**Tutorial Progression Block **– Unable to place the Tool Cupboard , blocking progression in the tutorial.
Complete Audio Loss – Game sound effects and music are missing for some players.
**Language **– Players with German or Spanish system language are being defaulted to Japanese text.
We’re already digging into these and will keep you posted as we roll out fixes.

📢Rust Mobile 1ST CLOSED BETA Apology and Compensation Announcement

Rust Mobile 1ST CLOSED BETA officially launched on <t:1765508400:s>
However, due to technical and server-related issues on launch day, some survivors did not have an ideal gameplay experience during the test. For this, we sincerely apologize to all affected survivors. We have carefully received feedback and optimization suggestions from the community and immediately began identifying and fixing these issues. To address the shortcomings in the Day 1 experience, we will be distributing compensation rewards to eligible affected players in hopes of mitigating the impact of these issues and providing a smoother gaming experience moving forward.
✏️Compensation Details
Contribution Points ×500, which can be exchanged for appearance rewards in the Store.
Redemption Location: Store → Token Exchange → 1st CLOSED BETA Supplies
Eligibility: Players who completed character creation before <t:1765548000:s>.
Note: Players who complete character creation after <t:1765548000:s> will not be eligible for this compensation.
⏰Compensation Distribution Time
Compensation will be sent via in-game mail and is expected to be fully distributed within 48 hours after <t:1765548000:s>. Please be patient as the distribution process is underway.
📩How to Claim Compensation
To claim your rewards, please check your in-game mailbox and retrieve your compensation.
📍Bug Fix Updates
We have resolved issues related to Prologue mode matchmaking. If you were affected by this issue, please follow the steps below to continue gameplay:
Step 1: Enter the game lobby and click on Faction.
Step 2: Open the Mission page.
Step 3: Click Infiltrator and claim the following mission rewards: First Contact and Into the Dark Night. After claiming these rewards, you should be able to play the game normally.

Hotfix Announcement
Dear Survivors,
We plan to carry out a non-maintenance update on <t:1766480400:D>. During the update, normal gameplay and matchmaking will not be affected. If you encounter any issues after the update, please try restarting the game to complete the update and resolve them.
Below are the main contents of this update:
- Fixed an incorrect description for the Fluid Splitter output.
- Fixed an issue where the mode display was incorrect on the friends interface in Japanese.
- Fixed an issue in the Prologue Tutorial stage where the "Drink Water" interaction could incorrectly appear in non-river areas.
- Optimized lobby server performance.
