There are games that go without any news for much longer (1 year, 2 years, even 10 years) in complete silence. I think this lack of patience is just typical audience behavior. As the devs have already said: The current focus is on polishing and stabilizing the game to make it playable on most devices, so it doesn’t make much sense for the team to get together just to announce: “We changed a leaf on a tree,” “We moved a rock here,” “We’re adjusting the lighting.” A complete game goes through many rigorous tests, and like any game, it needs to attract as much attention as possible. If the team doesn’t have anything major to present, how are we going to reach more players when we have 2 million pre-registrations with a goal of 15 million?

It doesn't matter how many ppl are waiting for a game to release or how many preregistrations it has 🤦 what matters is how many players it can sustain and not engaging with the players is not gonna help the game sustaining as much as possible... Look at what happened to apex legends it was supposed to be huge on mobile and it flopped because there was no communication with the players even though the company and the devs were active before its release... Even if the game had 100 million preregistrations it would be lucky if it retained 0.02 of those 100 million preregistrations and that's because the mobile gaming market is highly saturated, the PC version has a peek players of 260.000 for the last 14 months and I don't think the mobile version can get near that number, so the mobile version needs to capitalize on the already interested players and engage with them... I don't care about when they drop the game what matters is being engaged with the players
