I've read over the guide & i admit i forgotten about that post on Runes but to be fair & for clarification purposes to Everyone the mention of "Scrolls" in the obelisk should be changed to
"+25% Increased Rune Scrolls Drop Chance"
it's more intuitive that way & will help avoid confusion.
