How can i load a custom scrap ?

I tried several times to load a custom scrap that i made with Lethal SDK and it just don't work. Is there a better way to create scrap easier ?

do not use lethal sdk or lethal expansion and mods that use them
use LethalLevelLoader or LethalLib instead

Can we create custom scrap with these ? Is there a tutorial or something ?
