HalloweenTheme - Update v1.1.3

  • Added some decorations to Experimentation, Vow, Offense, March, Adamance, and Embrion.
  • Reduced fog thickness.
  • Moons now have a chance to be dark and foggy.
  • Added a config setting to disable moons becoming dark and foggy.
