VC groups

Ungroup voice channels from "On the Job" group and put the vc channels into their own group.
Clicking a join vc link will drag you all the way down to the vc channel even if its full so now you gotta waste time scrolling back up to #looking-for-crew-vanilla

Doing the suggestion instead allows us to collaspe the vc group while keeping "on the job" group active so even if its full you can skip the scrolling up.

Basically allows us to keep the vc channels we are not in closed and out of the way

Allowing you to quickly go back to looking for crew chat channels instead of the need to scroll and the way back up

Been really pissing me off clicking a join link and then its full then gotta scroll all the way back up 50 voice channels just to go back to the chat channels
