Replaces the main menu theme with an original composition with more of an ambient rock vibe, mainly inspired by Half-Life's composer Kelly Bailey. Admittedly this mod isn't that new but as I just joined this server I figured I'd post it anyways!

Lethal resonance is great but I must agree some of the enemy sounds are a bit odd. Also I kinda find the ambient sounds like the squeak noise being changed to a whispering voice saying "help me" to be kinda cheesy and don't capture the vibe of the game well. Take with a grain of salt tho because again I think the mod is generally really cool
Of course this is entirely subjective but I think it's important to retain the subtle silliness of the game's design without going too overboard on the horror/grittiness factor. the mix of the two tones in the vanilla game (and zeekerss' games in general, like the upturned) i feel create a very specific vibe that helps the charm of the game a lot

If you don’t like the bracken noise I totally understand, but if your problem is the volume specifically that isn’t a feature that’s an issue and we love to hear feedback! Since LR is so new we haven’t been able to normalize all the volume of hundreds of sound clips

@worn fox Someone gave me a mod pack, and I found the menu music to be outstanding. Following that, I found and copied the music from the files under "Menu & HUD". Up until that point, I did not know that Lethal Resonance also changes the menu music. The file path was not shown in my search. Then, I searched on Discord for a mod that changes the background music. That's how this message came about. Later, I discovered that Lethal Resonance changes the menu music. Since then, I've been using Lethal Resonance exclusively because everything sounds so much better, like the turrets, the ship, and many other things.

Hey! Updated this mod for v50, reworked the guitar to sound way more grungy and made the mod use the same sound API as Lethal Resonance!
